Very friendly and committed staff. The prices are a bit higher, but still reasonable. Unfortunately the quality of the food doesn't do justice to these prices. The rösti bathe in the fat while they are temporarily stored, which means that the whole dish tastes rancid. The red sausage was ok. There are also drinks chilled. It's really a shame that the food takes a back seat to employee engagement. This is where management is challenged. Handing out vouchers for coffee in return for reviews is a great idea, but dangerous if the quality is poor. Everything has to be put in order beforehand. In addition, such defects were criticized a year ago, incomprehensible that there has been no improvement. Obviously, the evaluation doesn't care at all ... Clear management mistake! #erichunterwegs

I have an allergy and asked if I could have just a green salad without dressing. Unfortunately, no matter which salad, a mini bowl where 2-3 lettuce leaves fit in costs 3.90 and a small plate 5.90. Unfortunately I decided against a salad and think it's a shame that you don't respond to such customer requests. I have a histamine intolerance and cannot eat the ready-made salad.

Today I had a coffee outside at the grill house. This came out of the jug and tasted like dish water. To ask for 2.90 is a joke.

In such a beautiful place you also want delicious food. Then the visit to Wilhelma would have been perfect.

Currywurst with fries for 8.90. Sausage was cold. Sauce with a maximum of average and lukewarm taste. French fries are also lukewarm and therefore not crispy, but soft and tastefully stale. String sausages with rolls 3.50 also only lukewarm. Both too expensive.

Even if one feels the desire or need to stop on the tour through the Wilhelma up there at Schaubauernhof, it is not recommended. Seating is impractical for children and prams. Narrow walkways and tables are not clean at all. Eat lowest class of system catering, cold and tasted bad. The relative to Stuttgart not too high price is the food but not worth it. If you can sit outside, a rest with drinks may be appropriate. The staff are friendly and try their best. The operators still have a lot to learn in terms of process organization during peak times and quality assurance. That would serve the good reputation of the zoo.

For a "goulash with rösti" for 12 € you get then two trowels goulash on the lätschige Rösti laced. Even the coke tasted stale and rotten. On demand, it was said that was so.

High expectations were placed on the new tenant, but these could by no means be met. The staff was so unfriendly as I haven't seen it in a long time. The customer in front of me was being served so rudely that I could adjust to it. When I placed my order, there was also complete ignorance on the part of the employee - maybe the staff has to be trained again so that they can do more than just give french fries over the counter. Because good staff is not only friendly and helpful, but also knows the contents of the dishes and has heard the most common allergies.

A great self-service restaurant. Very good kitchen and choice of dishes. Price performance is right. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Sitting outside is possible. But on nice days it is really full. The coffee was the best I've had in a long time. The cakes are also worth a sin. Switch off in the beautiful area, it is possible here.
